Made from fresh, pasteurized goat's milk (90%) and sheep's milk, handcrafted individually in small straining bags (toulpania). This is a low-fat cheese with a special flavor due to its distinctive shape, which resembles the peak of Mount Athos. Its taste comes from the unique, manual production method. It is no wonder, then, that the cheese produced in the shadow of Mount Athos has not only gained the appreciation of cheese lovers but has also won awards in competitions and festivals.
White brine cheese made from goat's milk (90%) and sheep's milk. Fat in dry matter 43%, maximum water content 56%.
