Vinification / Aging: We use classic red vinification, cold extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at rated temperatures. The wine remains on its lees for 3 months, stirred periodically. It then ages for 12 months in selected new French oak barrels with "medium" toast.

Tasting Characteristics: The organoleptic profile on the nose is distinguished by aromas of ripe red/black fruits, violet, vanilla, herbal notes, and hints of pepper, finished with a touch of soft oak that complements the aromatic palette. The palate reveals complexity, balance, well-executed delicious tannins, and a long finish.

Aging Potential: Ready to drink.

Food Pairing: Ideally suited for meats, yellow cheeses, pasta, and soups.

Serving Temperature: 16-18°C
