Vinification / Aging: Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures, until stopped by cooling, thus preserving the wine's sweet taste. The wine remains on the lees for 2 months, with regular stirring.

Tasting Characteristics: Organoleptically, we noted aromas of red and stone fruits with intense peach, and citrus aromas with caramel notes on the nose. Balanced with pleasant sweetness on the palate.

Aging Potential: Ready to drink.

Food Pairing: Perfectly complements any simple or complex cuisine, as well as fruity or dessert sweets.
