A powerful wine with a distinct mineral character and a complex, tertiary aroma. Full-bodied on the palate, with a long finish. Century-old, low-yielding Muscat vines grow on primary slate soils on narrow terraces overlooking the Aegean Sea, at an altitude of 711 meters above sea level. Slowly flowing juice fermented and aged on lees for 12 months in concrete egg-shaped fermenters.
