The Prophet Wine (profitis) Vintage 2021 Dry White 750ml

"Profitis" is produced from an organic agriculture proselytic vineyard at an altitude of 450 m. This wine is seductive, extremely aromatic, with notes of dried citrus and Muscat raisins. It has an elegant taste; it is soft and round. Fermented and aged for 12 months in special oval tanks. Like all natural wines, it was bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfites. It pairs perfectly with seafood such as shrimp, mussels, and shellfish.
