The Mountain Man (Vounitis) Vintage 2020 Dry White Wine 750ml

“Vounitis-the Mountain Man” comes from organic vineyards at an altitude of 1,100 m. on the top of Mount Ampelos. It is a wine with high acidity, simple and typical, particularly dry and full in the mouth, with fruity aromas, notes of yeast and herbs, and a long aftertaste. Aged for 12 months in tank and barrel. It pairs perfectly with fish, especially the Mediterranean version of "plaki" (grilled in the oven in tomato sauce). It also goes perfectly with ethnic dishes such as chicken curry, lamb with aromatic herbs or lemon-flavored pork.
