Wine The Hermit (eremitis) Vintage 2022 Dry White 750ml

"Hermitis-The Hermit" comes from a distant biodynamic vineyard at an altitude of 600m. It is an intensely aromatic, expressive, mineral, earthy, and bucolic wine, with striking iodized notes and a persistent aftertaste. It fermented in small tanks and aged in barrels for 12 months. It pairs excellently with all mushroom-containing dishes, such as mushroom soufflé or risotto, but also with beef fillet in mushroom sauce.
