Description
"Phyllas" with its particularly bright, yellowish color, is produced from organically grown vineyards. It expresses in an intense and harmonious way the primary aromas of dried apricots and fruit preserves. Its taste is soft and sweet, balanced by pleasant acidity.
Elegant and harmonious flavors with sweet muscat notes are set against an aromatic background of ripe fruits and nuts.
It is an ideal confectionary companion for sweets based on fresh fruits, such as fruit tarts and Bavarian cream with fruits, as well as fruit preserves.
Serve at 10-12°C.
