Description
The most important ambassador of Samos wines, "Samos Grand Cru" comes from selected vineyards and is a classic Vin Doux Naturel. Its color resembles imperial topaz, and its intense and harmonious aroma successfully expresses the characteristics of the primary and secondary aromas of Muscat.
Fresh and sweet on the palate, with acidity perfectly balancing it. It is produced from well-ripened White Muscat grapes, sourced from selected semi-mountainous vineyards.
It successfully accompanies light sweets with fruit, but is also suitable for experiments with "savory" dishes with cream cheeses, yellow cheeses, or béchamel. An unexpected combination with rotisserie chicken, a true revelation!
Serve at 8-10° C.
