Wine production: Classic rosé wine production method, with controlled fermentation temperature of 15°C - 17°C in stainless steel tanks.

Sensory characteristics: This wine is the result of a blend of three indigenous grape varieties. It has a pale pink colour and aromas of rose and red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied, with a balanced taste.

Food Pairing: Traditional Greek olive oil dishes, pasta, and cured meats.

Serve at: 12°C - 16°C
