Vineyard: Over 120 old vines from selected vineyards in the Pyrgos and Megalochori areas.

Winemaking: Whole bunch pressing. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks with fine lees for 18-24 months, followed by another 6-12 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes: An aroma of stone fruit accompanies the typical minerality of Assyrtiko. Full-bodied with high acidity and soft tannins.

Food pairing: fatty fish, oysters, and white meat
