Variety: Avgoustiatis 85% / Rompola Zakynthos 15%

Vinification / Aging: Short maceration with grapes and cold extraction in a controlled environment. Subsequent alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures. The wine matures for 3 months on fine lees with periodic stirring, while 15% of the production matures for 3 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting characteristics: Delicate pink hue reminiscent of rosé wines from the Provence region. The nose features aromas of mango and pear. Grand Rosé is a rich and full-bodied wine, balanced by a delicate acidity that gives way to a noble finish with aromas of white flowers such as chamomile, pear, pineapple, and distinct tannins. Elegant and intense on the palate, with freshness and balanced acidity.

Aging potential: Ready to drink.

Food Pairing: This gastronomic wine pairs perfectly with shrimp, lobster, prawns, and seafood. Additionally, it can be combined with pasta, dishes with light sauces, fatty dishes, and creamy cheeses.
