Bolognese Sauce (PROSTY SQUAD)
Ingredients:
tomatoes (tomato pulp, tomato passata) 42%, minced pork (18%), minced beef (12%), cow's milk, tomato concentrate, red onion, carrot, celery, olive oil, red wine (contains sulfites), salt, pepper.
Preparation: Heat the sauce slowly in a saucepan over low heat. Combine with hot, wide ribbon pasta and mix directly in the pot. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little of the pasta cooking water. Serve sprinkled with freshly grated hard mature cheese.
Storage conditions:
Store in a dry and cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
