Manouri P.D.O. is a unique, Greek semi-soft cheese made from whey and cream from sheep's and goat's milk, with an exceptionally creamy texture and a delicate, slightly buttery taste. It is a product with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), which means it can only be produced in specific regions of Greece using traditional methods.
Manouri is excellent as an ingredient in salads, desserts, baked dishes, or served cold – it pairs perfectly with fruits, honey, or wine.
