Paximadia with Cinnamon 300 g

Paksimadi are traditional baked goods in the form of biscuits or bread. They are small, hard and brittle, round or elongated loaves, made from wheat or barley flour, water, and salt, and sometimes with olive oil and other flavorings, such as herbs or sesame.
Nowadays, Paximadia are still popular as a snack or an addition to various dishes throughout Greece.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, corn oil, cinnamon (12%), raising agent, baking powder, soda.
May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
Store in a dry and cool place.
