This unique Greek flower of salt consists of fluffy, snow-white crystals, hand-collected by workers from the surface of traditional salt flats in Messolonghi – a region renowned for its purity and natural salt harvesting methods. It forms under ideal climatic conditions, and its structure and taste are a true gift of nature.
Rich in minerals, it contains twice as much calcium (Ca) and significantly more magnesium (Mg) than classic sea salt. Its unique, intense flavor and natural moisture make it not just a seasoning, but also a complement to any dish – in both savory and dessert cuisine.
