In our "Cosmopolitan Collection", we combine crispy filo and a mixture of nuts and oats with extra virgin olive oil and light vanilla syrup to offer you a delicious, light baklava, rich in fiber.

Our lightly buttered, paper-thin filo dough is skillfully rolled by hand, not too loose - not too tight, layer by layer, to evenly wrap the fillings of our recipes and ensure they bake into a perfect, flavorful mixture.

Compared to the traditional spreading of filo dough sheets on a baking pan, rolling is a much more delicate process. Mastering it requires time and effort. For the masterful production of 50,000 handmade baklava daily, a dedicated team like ours is certainly needed.

Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), sugar, glucose, oat flakes (gluten) 11%, nuts 7.8% (pistachios, walnuts, almonds), extra virgin olive oil (4.5%), wheat semolina, natural orange juice, vanilla flavoring, salt, acid (citric acid).
