Butter Chicken (PROSTY SQUAD)
Transfer the Butter Chicken to a saucepan and heat slowly over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce becomes smooth and aromatic. The chicken will then develop its full flavor, and the spices will release their character. Serve with fluffy basmati rice or hot naan bread. Finally, garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and — if you want to experience an interesting Indian note — sprinkle with a pinch of kasuri methi.
