Traditional, transformed into a cosmopolitan sweetness, Baklava is one of the oldest sweets in the world.
All our collections draw inspiration from roots in ancient Greece, Persia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean region.
Our lightly buttered, paper-thin filo pastry is skillfully rolled by hand, not too loose - not too tight, layer by layer, to evenly wrap the fillings of our recipes and ensure they bake into a perfect, aromatic blend.
Compared to traditionally spreading filo pastry sheets on a pan, rolling is a much more delicate process. Mastering it requires time and effort. For the masterful production of 50,000 handmade baklavas daily, a dedicated team like ours is certainly needed.
