Good acidity, long aftertaste with notes of smoke and macarons. It swirls between aromas of raisins, plums, and toasted cinnamon. On the palate, notes of toffee, raisins, walnuts, ripe oranges, cloves are perceptible, interwoven with sweetness and \"coated\" with an incredible minerality that gives a whole new dimension to sweet sun-dried wines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe palate is surprisingly fresh, giving the wine a leading role on the table. At 12-14°C, Samos Nectar takes control of the palate and sends it on a journey full of intense aromas and mature sweetness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA harmonious and strong combination that can easily accompany exotic sweet and sour dishes (e.g., wild boar with quince, duck in oranges, etc.), \"strong\" desserts such as baklava and walnut cake, chocolate-caramel desserts or those with roasted nuts.
